Residential & Vocational Programs

Job Title: Residential Care Assistant

Job Description: Provide direct personal care, supervision and support to people with developmental disabilities in community homes. Day time, Evenings, Weekends Awake Overnight and relief positions available.

Job Title: Life/Job Skill Trainers

Job Description: Provide instruction, training and support with independent living skills, socialization and community integration to the work environment. Working with adults with developmental disabilities or traumatic brain injury. Day time, Monday - Friday positions available.

Job Title: Day Habilitation Specialist

Job Description: Provide special leisure and or social activities with developmentally disabled adults. Assist participants in developing friendships and networks with community contacts. Day time, Monday - Friday positions available.


Enhanced Family Care

Job Title: Enhanced Family Care - Case Worker

Job Description: Enhanced Family Care program Case worker position working with developmentally disabled adults. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, familiarity with the Certification and ISP process. Flexibility and willingness to work as a team member.

Job requirements for all the above
Enhanced Family Care positions

  1. Bachelor's degree and two years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  2. Ability to work evening hours if needed and maintain a flexible schedule.

  3. Ability to maintain confidentiality

  4. Proof of valid NH Drivers License, with clean driving record

  5. Reliable source of transportation and have vehicle insurance that includes 100/300 coverage

  6. Current TB test and results - Before you begin your 1st day of work


New Hampshire Help Line


Job Title: Information and Referral Specialist

Job Description: Responsible for providing information on social services and emergency help, referring inquiries to appropriate agencies for help in solving problems, assisting in location basic needs such as food, housing, fuel, clothing and financial support. Also provide information for crisis intervention services.

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Computer literate

  • Flexibility in hours

  • Basic typing

  • Good telephone manner

Job Title: Data Resource Specialist

Job Description: The data resource specialist is responsible for inputting and updating information into the NH Help Line database, which includes calling agencies to get updated information and also calling and entering new agencies and programs into the database. You must be a good communicator and be able to maintain accurate records and data.

Job requirements for the above Data Resource Specialist position

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Computer literate

  • Basic typing

  • Pleasant phone manner

  • Experience in the human services field is preferred but CSCNH is willing to train.
