CSCNH
offers a variety of housing options for persons with developmental
disabilities or traumatic brain injuries. Among these options are
our small community-based residential homes, which provide 24-hour
staff coverage and necessary care in a home-like atmosphere. All
programs are wheelchair accessible with transportation provided for
easy access to the community.

Vocational/Day
Programs
Recognizing that no two people are alike, CSCNH specializes in
providing customized services to meet each person's medical,
behavioral, and personal needs. Our goal is to assist individuals in
reaching their maximum independence level and reintegrating them in
the community.

Homeless
Servicesomeless Services
CSCNH operates the
New Hampshire Homeless Management Information System (NH-HMIS); New
Hampshire Homeless Hotline (NHHH); and the
Unite To Help: Merrimack County Security Deposit and Rent Assistance
Programs (UTH).
NH-HMIS
is an on-line
collaborative database utilized by New Hampshire homeless service
providers. NHHH provides information and referral services to New
Hampshire residents who are homeless or at-risk of becoming
homeless.
UTH provides
security deposit and rental assistance for income eligible residents
looking to rent an apartment in Merrimack County.
